We offer FULL refunds under the following conditions:

• You are not satisfied with the quality of your AI-generated photos while having followed ALL of our photo upload instructions
• Technical issues prevented the successful generation of your AI-generated photos
• The refund request is made within 24 hours of receiving your generated photos

3. Quality Review Process

When processing refund requests based on quality concerns:

• Our team will review your original uploaded photos to ensure they met our guidelines
• We'll verify that upload instructions were followed correctly
• If you're still unsatisfied after review, we'll process your refund

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

• The refund request is made more than 24 hours after receiving your photos
• The uploaded photos clearly violated our upload guidelines
• You've used the AI-generated photos for commercial purposes
